Access & Entry Protocols

Service execution requires unobstructed access to the designated areas. If our team is denied entry upon arrival due to building security protocols, lock-outs, or misrepresented location details, a call-out fee of 50% of the service value applies. This covers mobilization and route optimization costs.

Material Sensitivity & Pre-Existing Damage

We utilize specified cleaning agents tailored to surface materials. However, cleanmode is not liable for pre-existing structural defects, latent damage, or improper surface sealing that deteriorates during standard cleaning. We require disclosure of surfaces requiring "non-standard" care (e.g., unsealed marble, antique wood) prior to booking.

Valuables & Inventory Removal

Our teams are trained to clean around items not moved by the client. Small items, electronics, and personal documents must be cleared from surfaces to allow for a comprehensive clean. We do not assume liability for the movement of heavy furniture or delicate electronics not explicitly included in the scope of work.

The "Scopable" Clause

We define "scope" strictly. If a task is not explicitly listed in your itemized quote, it is considered out of scope. Changes to scope on the day of service are subject to availability and re-pricing.

Service Agreements & Operational Boundaries

By accessing the cleanmode website (cleanmode.company) or engaging our services via digital request, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the Client and cleanmode, located at Necatibey Cd. No:72 D:13, Kızılay, Ankara, Türkiye.

Service Definitions: "Standard Clean" refers to maintenance cleaning of an occupied space, focusing on dust removal, vacuuming, and surface sanitation. "Deep Clean" refers to an intensive service targeting built-up grime, including areas behind appliances and high fixtures. "Post-Construction" involves the removal of fine dust and debris following renovation; this is distinct from standard cleaning and requires specific equipment.

Pricing & Estimates: All quotes provided via email or the cleanmode.site contact form are valid for 14 days. Pricing is calculated based on square meters, property condition, and specific client requirements. Final invoices reflect the actual time on site and materials used, unless a fixed-price contract has been signed in advance.

Payment Terms & Late Fees

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless a corporate credit account has been established. For residential clients, payment is typically expected upon completion of the service via cash, bank transfer, or point-of-sale terminal. Invoices unpaid after 30 days incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

You agree to provide accurate property details and contact information. Misrepresentation of property size or condition voids the price quote.

Property Safety

Clients must secure pets and remove hazardous materials prior to service arrival. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if safety protocols are not met.

Digital Privacy

We process data according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell contact details to third parties.

Feedback Loops

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for a re-clean. This allows us to address quality gaps while context is fresh.
